I have been working in education for my entire career, and have focussed specifically on education technology for close to a decade. I started in partnerships and innovation for one of the largest global educational publishers, before moving to the UK's leading educational supplier where I designed technology and STEM products for use in the classroom. I now lead an innovation function for a chain of international schools, measuring the impact of new technologies and implementations in teaching and learning. I've been impressed by the community and passion at Ashmead in my time as a governor, and I hope that my experience, particularly across a range of different school settings, can provide some useful insights for the school.

I have worked in education for over 20 years and am currently Headteacher at an infant school in Buckinghamshire, where I've proudly served for the past 13 years. I'm passionate about supporting children to become the best version of themselves and believe strongly in the power of nurturing, inclusive school communities.
As a parent of two school-aged children, I bring both professional and personal insight to my role. I'm excited to be part of the Ashmead community and look forward to working collaboratively to make a positive difference.
